See prior review about no water, then no hot water, doors not locking, trash not picked up and dumpsters overflowing at The Wexford Lumberton. The poor management and lack of transparency continues. They will “woo” you in and send you an eviction scare letter from their retained legal team when you express the those concerns. I had the worst experience with Wexford and their parent company, Viking. It all started in June when I visited a new property. We had a verbal agreement on a price of $2560. I confirmed with the leasing office that the price would remain the same until my wife could see the house. The next day, my wife and I visited, and she liked the place. The leasing agent mentioned the price had increased to $2720 but assured us she would honor the original price since we had a deal. I completed my application, paid the fees, and ended ... read more

The staff at the main office do a nice job to welcome residents and help the residents to solve any rental needs and concerns! Vita is helpful in addressing rentee's questions!
