BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! Daren is such a con man!! He said his company was BBB A+ accredited, and the BBB had never heard of him. His "second" in command gave us an estimate for work we needed done to our home we just purchased. Had my first meeting with the company owner (Darren) and he was very open to all of my silly questions while giving me his reasons for the choices he suggested. I can't wait for our next face-to-face. His passion and energy is rather infectious.
BEWARE! Do not trust Daren!! He's a con artist and WILL rip you off! He's known for this over 4 states! Please protect yourself.
Beware! Viking is run by Darren Pereida, convicted con artist. He is currently being charged with felony fraud by the DAs of both El Paso and Douglas counties. Google his name and the names of his other companies: the Ethan Co and Pereida Construction. He served prison time in California for defrauding people and he treats the citizens of Colorado no better. Be very careful with this one.
