I lived 1800 miles away and was trying to buy a house quickly before it sold. Viking Realty wanted cash, which I had. They did not want an inspection. Now I know why. Thousands of dollars worth of repairs already. Cabinets missing hinges and handles. Tubs/showers not working, tiles without adhesive behind them and several spacers remaining between the tiles.
