Called RID out to my home to help control insects in my home. Initial visit cut bugs back by maybe 20% so I had to call them out again a month after. Second visit knocked off another 20% of my infestation, but alas I still am killing insects in my home on a daily basis three months after my initial appointment. I gave them one last chance to come back out by they said my 60-day warranty expired. I just wanted to thank you so much for the customer service I received today. I had to make a last minute doctor's appointment for my son and they quickly accommodated and came early for the appointment.
