More importantly the change in their self confidence and the way they cary themselves has been what I appreciate most. I look forward to their journey at Viking.
Jerry and team are great, and the gym is an excellent atmosphere for training whether you're a student athlete looking for sports performance training or just an adult looking to get/stay in shape. Well stocked with equipment for powerlifting, strongman, Olympic weightlifting, and more. Highly recommend checking this gym out if you're looking for a good non-corporate gym to train in.
