If you get nothing else from this review, let it be this: Avoid Vikas Realty Group at all costs, as landlords, tenants, or homebuyers. My husband and I rented a home from Vikas in the Lake Stevens area. From the jump, our experience was poor. Vikas took days to respond, we had difficulty scheduling a viewing, and getting a clear answer from him was nearly impossible (and often came with excuses as to why he couldn't get back to us). Avoid Vikas Realty Group at All Costs! Our experience renting from them at Tehaleh in Bonney Lake has been a nightmare from day one. The latest insult?
