What a flake! This guy made us wait outside a potential home for 45+ minutes and when called and texted multiple times, he finally texted back and said his wife called him so he “had to go home”. I asked if he wanted to reschedule the tour and he agreed, then never responded again. So unprofessional. Do NOT use him as a landlord, you will regret it. I wouldn’t trust him with his actual business as a real estate agent either.
We bought our home with Vikas' help recently and received a lot of help on the process, market intelligence and general advise. He always made himself available to answer questions and provide resources. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell.
