I was referred to Texas Oncology and Doctor Aurora by my primary care physician 8 1/2 years ago. Doctor Aurora has been the best medical professional I have ever known. He is professional, informative, knowledgeable and truly provides compassionate care. I lived in Grapevine when I first started seeing him and now I drive 250 miles round trip for my appointments. I will continue to treasure the excellent care I receive from Doctor Aurora and recommend him without reservation.
Doctor Vikas Aurora is special. He is an extremely competent and up to date Oncologist, and an extremely nice person. I’ve been a patient for a long, long time and my appointments and treatments are always timely and professional. As a health professional myself, I'm not a good patient, but Dr. Aurora has always had the utmost patience and compassion. I would have no qualms recommending him to anyone. He is always pleasant, and makes certain to explain fully treatment regimens.

Fortunately, Dr. Aurora was the oncologist on call when it was discovered that I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He was in my hospital room by the evening of my diagnosis and kept in constant contact during this turbulent time in my life. Procedures and my biopsy (scheduled by Dr. Aurora with an amazing surgeon) were quickly put into place while I was in the hospital.
