I have been trying for the past week to schedule an appointment to have a syrinx drained. I have called multiple times and was told I would receive a call back, which I did not receive. A couple times I was transferred to the nurse's line and I get a recording saying that the extension is not valid and asks me to enter a mailbox number. I just want to get an appointment scheduled. I hope that this is not how you would want your family to be cared for. It really shouldn't be this hard!!
On January 12 Dr Vik Agarwal gave me back injection. He was referred to me by Dr. Bill Rothfus. Dr. Vik was so precise and professional in his treatment, I could not be more pleased. His assistants like Derik were tremendous. Very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Agarwal was so kind and compassionate. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. Afterwards, he took time to sit with me and explain results to put my mind at ease.
