Do not use this company if going on a Viking cruise. They will move appointment times, have no customer support, and do not show up to the online medical screenings they schedule. Viking is supposed to be a partner company but have very little control or influence on anything to do with Vikand, which makes using their services extremely inconvenient. Take the time to do the paperwork and medical screenings with your own physician. It will save you time, money, and a ton of headaches.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We're taking a cruise to Antarctica in January and Viking referred us to this sister company of theirs to do our required medical screening before the trip. My fiancé had an appointment set up in early December that they rescheduled on him right before the telehealth call, and then the doctor did NOT SHOW UP to his 11:30pm rescheduled call 2 weeks later with no explanation or follow up to get his appointment rescheduled due to their error.
