This is my go to place since my insurance quit on me (at the same time covid happened, it was due to a scheme my work does to get bigger bonuses for managers that cuts our hours it's a whole thing) Every time I or my family come here we are treated like people, and I cannot stress that enough. they have given nothing less than great service and are always so nice and much faster than any ER or hospital I've been to. and I have to go fairly often... couldn't be sweeter people, never been given bad advice or treatment.

I had the same symptoms as the “1 star” reviewer above. Chest pains, numbness in the arm and shortness of breath. I was taken back after filling out the one page document, a formality that cannot be bypassed at most facilities, and was immediately assessed at triage. Receptionist refused service said my insurance was not current. I arrived on 7/19/18. I disputed this by stating how could my insurance term on 12/2016 when you’re holding a card that says policy start date of 5/1/18 along with the policy number on my card not matching her printout of my coverage. She again refused service advising I’d have to pay hundreds out of pocket just to be seen ..
