More than 2 years ago, Vic Iron Designs gave us an estimate for a job. We signed a contract and paid him $2,000 deposit. Designs and plans were sent to me, which I approved. He cashed the deposit check that very same day, and never did the job in the weeks and months that followed. The man is a thief, dishonest, irresponsible. I had a custom Iron design done for the stair railings in my house. The customer service was amazing and the design was done to my liking down to the most minor details. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking to redesign and/or modernize their homes, as the work is very well done and the customer service offered is astounding.
Don't waste your time, he'll tell you he can do it, then never respond when the day comes he says it'll be ready.
