Horrible nurses even the doctor is rude
Day of consult: Office is very rude. Patty the nurse is very rude once I got to office I was barely made aware my insurance wasn’t verified and would have to cancel appt. Patty who was very rude wasn’t letting me speak wasn’t trying to fix the problem or try to accommodate since they didn’t inform me until I got there. keep in mind I took time off from work to attend my appt.
