I absolutely had the worst experience with this agency. I’m interested in how they hire their nurses, but they seem to be desperate for whatever/whoever. COMMUNICATION is everything to me and they’re far from being able to simply do this. Employees were coming/going and no one would introduce themselves or explain who they were. The owner and clinical nurses (or whoever they were) couldn’t even pretend to care. They attempted to staff a LVN that they could not even contact. This is the worst home health I have ever had, for more than 2months till date my child has been without a nursing care, and the company don't care to give updates of what's going on. They just ignore my complains none of the staff deem if fit to reach out to us even at this moment, they don't care at all about the care of their client. Just regretting joining this health care services. A very bad and awful experience. I don't recommend this company to anyone please.

Terrible service, I have been with them for 3 months and they have not found the nurses that my son needs, calls and only lies and stupid excuses are given. Apart from the fact that they ignore your messages, it is a company that is interested in patient care.
