Excellent and professional Massage Service. Highly recommend
My first visit with Robert today. Had a terrible pinched nerve in my shoulder. He massage it out with no pain. By far the BEST massage therapist I have ever worked with. Seeing Robert will now be my monthly treat.
Great service and is 100% professional. He listened to what and where we was feeling pain. And he targeted those areas, we highly recommend him to anybody in the area.
Robert is not only a great trainer, he is a great friend. He has guided my husband, Ethan, and I to a new body and a new level confidence in our bodies. His training style is based on a laid back attitude, fun, and encouragement, but he still pushes you to do the best you can. Whether you are just starting out or been lifting for years, we highly encourage you to let Robert take you to the next level.

I couldn't possibly recommend Robert more highly. I called late in the evening, after having tried to just "tough out" some shoulder issue I was having. Not only did he stay open late to work with me, but he treated me with such care and professionalism!
