I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I disagree with the previous writer. I am sorry you had a bad experience. My husband saw Dr. Vigman years ago and came to him with the understanding that he would never walk again. Dr. Vigman disagreed with that prognosis and my husband is totally cured today. I now go to the practice and never had a bad experience. Both Dr. Pollock and Dr. Vigman treat their patients with kindness, professionalism, respect, and have great experience. I have always been given all the time I need in each visit. Avoid this office like the Plague. I called with a serious problem i wanted Dr. Pollack to check on as per my Primary Doctors referral. I spent near 30 minutes on the phone just getting questioned about which Neurologist i have seen in the past. Finally it was determined that i had seen Dr. Vigman years ago, because Pollack was on vacation at the time, and thus i was REFUSED!!!
