For the guys; therapy is not an overrated sounding board, nor something you can replace with a friend. I saw a gentleman here by the name of Eric Samson who allowed me to reach this conclusion (my words, not his), since any therapy attempts I made in the past, I dismissed as the points in the first sentence, but just as any business is only as good as the people who compose it, therapy is as good as the therapist. I recently had the pleasure of attending the Ribbon Cutting for Viewpoint Psychology & Wellness. The new addition is beautifully designed. It is warm, inviting, and clearly created with patient care in mind.
