I lived at the Hollister Creek Apartment for 18 months. Neighbors are nice but I can’t say the same to the management. I lived here for 18 months and when they came in to do pre move out inspection, they say that the baseboard needs to be repainted. Who the heck keeps the baseboard dirty? And they say that I need to shampoo the carpet. I don’t even wear shoes in the apartment. The management will not hesitate to claim your security deposit money to turn the apartment for next tenant. Very good management, responsive. Been a happy tenant for several years and anytime we need facilities to come, they are prompt and courteous.
