I built a home and the builder walked out of the development midway through the build leaving myself and many others stranded without a builder. We built our home with the Viewegh team and closed on it in the spring of 2021. 1 year later, I can say that there is absolutely nothing we regret about our decision to go with Joe and his team. We had heard horror stories about building a home, and with this being our first time, we did not know what to expect. Joe, Evan, and their team helped guide us through each step of the process making our first time building simple and smooth. If we were to ever build a custom home again, we know who we are calling! HIGHLY recommend!

I met Joe about 20 years ago when he was started building custom homes. He is a man of integrity and has always put the home owners first. He has beautiful homes and the work is phenomenal. I don't think you could go wrong with having Joe build your custom dream home.

My experience with joe was great. Upon our first consultation he spent almost an hour discussing my new business venture and how I needed the building to function. My idea was a 2 story, salon/apartment, mixed use property. Zoning, permits and code were our biggest hurdles, but joe made sure it ran smoothly. During any new construction there are ups and downs.
