Unfortunately Mom,just passed,but she had been there since 1976,,(yes 1976) there has been many changes at VIEWCREST but the one thing that has stayed the same are the wnderful employees ..over the years we became very close to the staff! my Mom was given such loving care and we,her family were treated like family also...I would (on behalf of Sisters)like to say.... THANKS for giving Mom such amazing care over all these years.......GOD BLESS YOU ALL
My dad was well cared for during the short time he was there. There was one nurse that I had an issue with (lack of empathy issue). Aside from her, the staff were terrific!
I was a former employee at Viewcrest Health Center, and it by far has been the best place i have worked in a long time. Not once did i not feel accepted by all staff, and never did i feel like a patient wasn't cared for to the best of our ability. To be able to go home after work everyday feeling accomplished, is something hard to come by. Thank you Viewcrest staff and resisdents for giving me the best 2 1/2 years yet.
My 100 year old Mother gets Person Centered Care with a sensitivity to her needs and wants. I have found staff responsive and do a great job in taking care of her.
