I like this place. The staff is very professional & respectful. Ashley is very professional and good at her job. I can tell that she truly do care about the mental health and quality of life of her patients. The facility is clean & the waiting times are not bad. I do have a problem though. Any patients that are there just for counseling should not be forced to see the nurse or doctor or be giving the impression that have no choice in the matter. I say that because its not true. I am very disappointed in this location. I made an appointment the week before with the doctor. I drive out to this location and I assume because of the snow storm they shut down even though there was no snow on the ground. I was not informed my appointment would be cancelled or that they would be closed. UPDATE: they called me explaining as a one time courtesy they could reschedule me even though I went all the way out there even though the were closed.
