He put the wrong oil pump on my truck, and it started running rough and now the engine will not turn over. I changed the oil twice a month and it still made noise. The dealer informed me to take it back to view park. Now, he's sold the business and won't return my telephone calls. Frank is his name. On September 29, 2023,I finally made contact with him, " Are you out of your mind, that's 2 1/2 years ago". I told him it was still the wrong part and it didn't need a oil pump- just bad diagnostic on your part Not a nice person.... read more
