Great customer service the young lady and the older lady was amazing
I had such a great experience during my stay! The young blonde girl at the front desk was super helpful and kind—she went above and beyond to assist me and made sure everything went smoothly. The room was also very clean, cozy, and accommodating. I really appreciated the great service and will definitely be back!
I needed a hotel that was a great value and this was exactly what I got. While there are certainly areas where there could be cosmetic improvements (evidence of past leaks on ceiling, scratched walls and furniture) the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and in very good shape. The staff I interacted with were wonderful and the free breakfast was very good and the area super clean. I got my deposit back the same day. Excellent value for money. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Quiet location, plenty of parking, helpful and friendly staff. Nice selection of snacks for purchase. Great little gym and laundry facilities. This will always be my first choice when I visit Bethlehem.
