I was having a good experience up until I almost got double charged for the same room. They had charged me from Tuesday to Tuesday even though I told him I was checking out on Friday, which I was OK with. So fast-forward come Thursday night I tell them I’m checking out on Saturday and I was given the OK to do so. Overall, the hotel was a decent, average experience. The biggest issues I encountered were the noticeable mildew smell in the rooms and the unusually noisy air-conditioning units, which detracted from the overall comfort. Aside from those concerns, the stay was satisfactory. Nothing particularly stood out in either a positive or negative way, making this a fairly middle-of-the-road experience.

I appreciate the young lady that helped me out lastnight around 12am I was lost and now from here at all didnt know my way around stayed on the phone till I got to the hotel and all..her customer service skills was wonderful and her patience she set me up wit my room nice and clean double beds comfortable no smell no odor but the only thing is always carry a toothbrush and toothpaste lmao but that hotel was the best..for me
