Be careful with this place. They have a known roach infestation in some of the buildings. If you are willing to move in despite this, make sure you document and take pictures of everything, because they will use a pre-existing issue as a pretext to withhold your deposit when you move out. I’ve been living here for about 7 months and it’s very peaceful! I feel so safe here. The gates are always closed too which makes it feel safer. The other residents are quiet. Scenery is nice and trails are set up for easy walks. The vibe is great! Also leasing office is responsive and very friendly. BIG SHOUT OUT to the maintenance team! They are truly amazing and their efficiency is noted!!! 5/5 stars for the team alone!! This is my fifth year living at The View. I feel safe. The office personnel are very professional and prompt with my requests. Lately I have being walking around. The complex is connected by bridges and the scenery is relaxing. The maintenance staff are also very friendly and ready to assist.me when I request.
We are incredibly grateful to Bryanna for helping us through the entire application process and making everything happen within just one day. Moving to a new place and searching for an apartment during a difficult time was very stressful, but Bryanna was understanding, supportive, and truly compassionate throughout the process. Office team is amazing and super friendly. The apartment complex itself is also find and normally kept clean. There is a bit of issue with the trash.
