I would not recommend this place to anyone. Every time we have visited, we have had the same unpleasant experience with the staff. We have been here three or four times, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. The front desk staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. The last time we called to let them know we were going to be about five minutes late for our appointment, instead of showing understanding or kindness, they spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. I accidentally mixed up my appointment time and thought it was at 5:30 p.m. instead of 5:10 p.m.I called to let them know I was running a little late. The attitude I received from the front desk was so rude and unpleasant that I literally turned around halfway there and decided not to go. I completely understand that confusing my appointment time was my mistake. If they had simply said, “I’m sorry, we’re fully booked today. View a miracle was an amazing experience! Easy to get to, easy to make an appointment, love the shop with all the clothes and the stuffed animals. It is such a warming environment as opposed to a clinical setting. would Definitely return!

I had such a wonderful experience at View a Miracle today. From the moment I walked in, the space felt beautiful, welcoming, and peaceful. She took her time explaining everything we were seeing and described each detail of the baby in a way that made it easy to understand and so meaningful. It was truly a beautiful experience, and I’m so grateful for how thoughtful and professional they were. I would highly recommend View a Miracle to any expecting parent looking for a warm and memorable ultrasound experience.
