Dr. Ferro has been my OBGYN for over 4 years and just delivered my first baby. She was great through the whole process and made me feel good through the delivery process. Very thankful for her and her team for making my experience positive from the start to finish!
I scheduled my GYN appointment 1.5 months in advance, only to be told the day before that I needed to reschedule. I accommodated the change, arrived at 9:30 AM, waited over an hour, and was then asked to reschedule again-while sitting in their waiting room. To make matters worse, the excessively long questionnaire was having platform issues and might've delayed the visit as well. Dr. Ferro is great and the staff is very kind. However here are some pointers for patients and staff: 1- wait time is over an hour. which means you need to allocate your time accordingly. especially if you have work since normal check ups and ultrasounds are scheduled during a certain day of the weekday 2- chairs outside in the waiting room are nice and soft which makes sense for pregnant women to use but other patients like me who have chronic back pain are left standing awkwardly especially after an hour long wait to preve... read more
Dr Ferro and her team are super duper professionals and at the same time very kind and caring, treating us patients with love, making sure that we understand everything about our health and procedures so that when we leave, we are 100% at peace knowing that we are in the best hands…This is priceless! I speak out of my own experience, my late husband was an OB/GYN so I know what I’m talking about… I wouldn’t go anywhere else! God Bless Dr Ferro & team! MF
