Dr. Ferro has been my OBGYN for over 4 years and just delivered my first baby. She was great through the whole process and made me feel good through the delivery process. Very thankful for her and her team for making my experience positive from the start to finish!
I scheduled my GYN appointment 1.5 months in advance, only to be told the day before that I needed to reschedule. I accommodated the change, arrived at 9:30 AM, waited over an hour, and was then asked to reschedule again-while sitting in their waiting room. To make matters worse, the excessively long questionnaire was having platform issues and might've delayed the visit as well.
