I lived in two different apartment complexes in Jackson, and I can say with great confidence that this my favorite place to live in the city. I would strongly recommend anyone interested in a modest, affordable place near the major hospitals. Pros: - Affordability - Quick maintenance service - Attentive leasing office staff - Proximity to important locations - Spacious - Community felt safe and calm. Cons: - Water has been turned off on short notice a handful of times but this wasn't too bad; note the city-wide water issues.... read more
I would have liked to tour these apartments in light of the reviews. However, I have never gotten the opportunity to view them. Whether I call or come by on break, no one is ever at the office to answer my call or welcome me. Therefore, for poor customer service, I gave them this rating.
