About a year ago, my father had a severe lung infection and had been running a fever on and off for two days. We went to see Dr. Dao, but instead of taking our concerns seriously, he dismissed us, saying, “Look, your father doesn’t have a fever right now, that means he’s fine.” I explained that my father was too weak to even stand on his own and asked for further tests, but he refused and told us to just call 911, then rushed us out of the office. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COST!!! My experience was extremely disappointing, largely due to the front desk staff — particularly the doctor's wife, who was incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. TRULY NIGHTMARE!!!
I would give them zero star if possible!!! Have not experienced with Dr. dài myself however, his office staff is extremely rude!!! I called to request the new patient’s paperwork to be emailed or faxed. I get it every doctor’s office is different! Not complaining about the fact they do not offer the above options. Just a crazy experience. This happens to be in my insurance network. So I broke my fibula so I needed to be seen by a primary. Didn't have one so I called all the ones in network that my insurance would cover. This one happened to have an appointment that wasn't about a month out. I arrive fill out paperwork before anything they want 95$. I pull out HSA card "uhhh no we need cash" I don't carry cash can you just bill me? No we need cash, there is an atm across the street. I suffer from sciatica, and I needed my family doctor to refer me to physical therapy and a chiropractor. However, instead of referring me to a specialist, they only prescribed me painkillers, despite the fact that I had significant difficulty walking and even sitting. After one month of being referred to the chiropractor by Dr. Dao, the chiropractor still had not received any fax or referral from Dr. Dao.
