Awful experiences. She doesn’t take my concerns seriously. It’s impossible to get ahold of her. Her front desk staff is horrible and says she call back but never does. Horrible service
At my first consultation with Him, after he had examined me (for an inguinal hernia) He sat in the chair "next" to me, and gave me whatever time I needed to ask questions etc. I felt like the most important patient He had. I know he could tell I was a "big chicken". Ultimately He performed the mesh implementation surgery, and that initial feeling He provided me never diminished. Biggest problem I had was being able to get a hold of anyone. When I was in pain and concerned about the well-being of my child, it took nine days to get help. And that is only because I came down to the office unannounced and demanded a same day appointment with her.The second problem is the staff. I have never experienced such rudeness from someone in customer relations before. I had had enough by the time I left this office. wish I could give a negative -100 from this doctor. Here’s why: The day of my wife’s C-section, her son was sick. During the procedure, She was texting on her phone during this same procedure. She slipped her phone back in her pocket. The wife saw this too. After speaking with another hospital, stating all hospitals have video feed in operating rooms. The HR denied that this doctor did such a thing, but “slashed” the bill in half!...?... HR STATED, “all staff must have their personal items locked in a locker before entering ... read more
Dr. Zeiberg ia amazing! Been a patient for years, and I absolutely love her! Just be advised that you her staff are not the warmest bunch.
Dr Vierra saved my life , i could not have asked for better care he is an awsome dr and an awsome human being, he cares . im having some health problems now and unfortunatly do not live in monterey anymore to go back to him

Dr. Vierra did my weight loss surgery 14 years ago. Dr. Vierra held me accountable for the position I found myself in. Dr. Vierra made me loose weight and see mental health specialist and a nutritionist before he would perform my surgery. Well because of his relentless follow through here I am 14 years later and have kept all the weight off. I lost 1/2 my body size. I was 250lbs at only 5ft tall. Currently I now weigh 132lbs. I just wish insurance would cover skin removal.
She was wonderful and very knowledgable.
