After having been a patient with the same office for 5 years, stumbled over a few mistakes of having the Pap test sent to the wrong lab, the front desk staff finally clarified with me that it was my responsibility each visit to 'remind' the front desk of my network lab, otherwise it would be sent to 'their network lab', which incurs a huge payment out of my own pocket, say over 500 dollars. I felt so fortunate to have Dr. Mark Vierra perform my inguinal surgery. During my consultation, I found that he is an excellent doctor in the sense he listens attentively to my issues & explains calmly to resolve my issues. Then, after the surgery, he took the time to write & document a thorough detailed explanation of his findings (incarcerated inguinal hernia) & what he fixed (attaching mesh and separating other organs)in my chart.I am so grateful to have him as my surgeon! I went to Dr. Vierra for a surgical consultation and came away deeply impressed on every level. His knowledge and experience are vast. His bedside manner is superb. His follow-through has been outstanding.
The receptionist encounters are not pleasant
Dr. Kantor provided clear and detailed information about my upcoming surgeries. He was responsive to my questions and concerns. My surgery and follow-up care was thorough and excellent. I have recommended Dr. Kantor to both, to family members and to friends, in need of orthopedic care.
Dr. Tapson sent my father home back in Dec 2019 when he was seriously ill. My dad hadn't eaten for two weeks and lost control of his bodily functions. He fell down two days later and was on the floor for 36 hours. He was rushed to the hospital with a broken back and arm. They missed that his cancer had returned and spread to his lungs. He went to rehab care for a week. He had a stroke. I had him sent back to the ER. We found out it was cancer all along. He died 5 weeks after seeing Dr. Tapson!
