Dr. Vierra was amazing the first time we met. This last appointment he was very direct and seemed a little irritated by my lack of progress. I don't really mind because there is a space and time for direct communication but what might have been more helpful is him actually asking me what is going on and why. I am a person who is better with specific instructions and deadlines and if he has certain expectations for his patience it would be much more helpful for us all if he communicated that in advance.
