Vierk's is a great store with a very friendly staff. I have had repairs done, purchased jewelry, and had a few watch batteries replaced. Sally is always a pleasure to deal with!

I went to get a pair of diamond earrings appraised and the older woman with glasses and dark hair was EXTREMELY rude. The earrings weren’t worth an incredible amount of money, but they are unique. She told me, as she lowered her glasses, that she “would never be caught dead putting those earrings in her showroom” and glared at me. I was stunned. All I asked for was an appraisal, but what I got was unwarranted attitude from Judge Judy’s long-lost sister. VERY unprofessional!
The staff at Vierk's are fantastic! I was lucky enough to work with Rachel on several projects, two of which were custom pieces which involved consolidating most of my old jewelry into a breath-taking new necklace and a stunning new custom diamond and ruby ring! I brought in some of my own design ideas, then Rachel added her expertise using the CounterSketch program to turn those ideas into 3D pics, then into gorgeous jewelry-(many kudos to goldsmith Kent!
