My partner and I had an issue renting form Vierra of The Palm Beaches. They would not allow us to view our apartment the day of signing the lease. We then proceed to ask for the refundable part of the application process back, and we still have not received the refundable part of the application fee. RecommendedI dont live at Viera but I did stop into the leasing office and I must say the staff was very polite and professional. As I waited I watched someone who was upset enter the leasing office and blantingly disrepect the manager and maintenance supervisor. I noticed she stayed calm and let them talk and then told them sorry for what was miscommunication with the maintenance man and said she would like to make things better. Their move out process is awful. The pet deposit doesn't cover the carpets. I was out of my apartment 2 months before my lease was up and paying 3 months of water. Been there for 3 years and they never cleaned up around the buildings. They never pressured cleaned and the amount of duck feces and bugs is unreal for the area. And the AC would go out every month. Watch out for rats too!! People leave their trash outside by the trees and no one would pick it up. Buyers beware!!!
Has roaches and ants. There was duck feces everywhere. Mold in the vents. When I contacted them to fix stuff it took forever. They never fixed the roach problem or the ant infestation. Also spiders were always in the corners. They never fixed the mold problem in the vents. I had to move out. I will never give them a good review. Horrible place to live.
They are not on time to fix thing but give you ultimatums if we don't move items we sat out by the door by tonight they gonna charge us we was gonna move it any way they can charge us as quickly to move something but take forever and a day to fix things we been with out Ac for 5 days longer then that and they send us an portable Ac for one room that broken really #GotToDoBetter P.S.
