My husband's and my dentist retired, and we wanted to find a place closer to home. After reviewing and visiting several dental practices, we found this one, 10 minutes away that accepts our best insurance. I happened to have a cracked tooth, and they fixed it immediately and perfectly. Just save yourself the painful experience. Stay FAR FAR away. The dentist seems nice enough. The office staff is absolutely inept.
Terrible service from the front office appointments. I had an appointment with my hygienist and after they knew she was leaving for medical leave they didn't contact me until I was unable to reschedule my appointment. They had 2 weeks and didn't contact me until less than 5 days for notice. Very unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone that is looking for an office to help you with dental issues.
Modern Dentistry left ME sitting in the dentist's chair for over 40 minutes WITHOUT any recognition of this imposition! I never got my cleaning. This is the MOST ABUSIVE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A SERVICE PROVIDER!
Everyone that works here are fantastic!!! They are a great group of young professionals, and are up on all the latest techniques in dentistry. Dr. Newman did oral surgery that needed to be done in order to have Crowns put on my bottom front teeth. It was an extensive procedure. Not fun! RecommendedJust left after 4 hours in the chair for an emergency visit! The staff was absolutely amazing and they did an amazing job. Our family will definitely use this practice from here on out!
I just don’t think this office cares about the patient. It’s about the money a company that can squeeze as many patients through the door. We had a apt for my teen that was pushed due to covid. Understandable. As I am in the medical field ( that’s no ones fault) . Rescheduled her apt. For a cleaning and a cavity repair. Again I was told for the apt they could not do both. They cancelled my appointment for the 4th time with less than 24 hr. notice. This is a corporate run dental office and the office manager blamed Covid and their call center. Although she was nice and apologetic, she is mearly a pawn with no ability to make policy changes. Find a locally owned and operated dental office who really cares about their patients and doesnt waste their time.
I can’t say it loud enough.... the entire team at Viera Modern Dentistry is AMAZING. I had an emergency and they had me in the next business day for consultation with the dentist and the following day for extraction with the oral surgeon as a new patient. The staff makes you feel more than comfortable and like you’ve been friends for ages. I will continue to return and will call them my dental home for the foreseen future!
