My visit this afternoon was great. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone that is not in need of going to the ER.
I was seen by a doctor within 5 minutes and the dr came in quickly and explained everything to me and was very concerned and pleasant. She ordered 2 prescriptions and then did a culture with was great being the prescriptions I was taking didn’t take care of the problem. They called me right away. Great care!!!
Check-in process was easy to complete. Timeliness to be triage was amazingly quick and thorough. Xray Technician was gentle and explained the process. The Doctor was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and able to explain prognosis in laymen's terms. I wholeheartedly recommend MedFast of Viera!!!.
I felt comfortable from the start. Friendly receptionist. Very short waif Lind. Was called quickly, The doctor was exceptionally nice, professional and patient. Was not rushed. Doctor asked several times if I had any questions. Will definitely recommend !
