My wife and I were very happy with the service we received. The doctor was not in, but the nurse handled us very well. The website was accurate in describing our condition and the procedures required.
Kristen the nurse practitioner was great. She took the time to make sure everything was checked out. I was in a bad car Accident and she did a great job getting me the medications and X-rays I needed. Ashley the Rad Tech was fantastic, She makes you smile and laugh, very personable and professional. I’ve been to Medfast a few times over the years, and while the care has always been decent, my experiences were pretty hit or miss depending on who was working. Heather is hands down one of the best medical assistants I’ve ever come across. She’s super kind, efficient, and just has a way of making you feel at ease even when you’re not feeling your best. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. She’s a major asset to medfast!
I had a good wait, but it is a walk in clinic & it is flu season. Once I was in a room, the nurse practitioner,Andi, came in within a few minutes. She was amazing! Professional, thorough & personable.
