My son had an appointment today at 5:30pm for an MRI. He has been sitting in the waiting room for an hour. The lights have been turned off and not single person has said anything to them. This is just completely unacceptable, I can understand if you are running a bit behind schedule... but an hour is excessive and the fact that no one has even acknowledge them is just infuriating. Not to mention, this is a child getting an MRI, and is anxious about it to begin with.
They always take the best care of me. The staff is top top top notch. Would not go anywhere else.
