I had a horrendous migraine for a week. The office manager promptly helped me get an appointment with a doctor. I was able to get in and out for a MRI and Ultrasound within an hour. Both techs were amazing. The MRI was with IV contrast and I didn't even feel the needle.
Was asked to return after a routine mammogram. No biggie, been asked to return for a clearer picture before. Alone, unconcerned, I’m sitting in a room waiting for results... Dr Gentile come in and matter of fact states “you have a suspicious malignant mass”, a what? No biopsy first ? Nope , I was floored, I had no preparation emotionally and no one with me for support. Crazy that a medical site can have state of the art MRI'S, yet if the owner's and management stay focused on pushing more patients through to increase revenue, the image quality drops and nullifies any advantages the system has. FACT: You can great images on any of the systems here in Brevard county if you give the Technologist time to scan the patient properly.

I have used Viera Diagnostic Center first on Spyglass and most recently on Wickham Road. Both locations have amazing staff and clinicians. We are very lucky to have this business in Brevard county.
I went to the center on Wickham Road for an MRI of my neck. Even though I put my belongings in the designated locker, all the magnetic stripes on all my debit, credit and rewards cards were wiped clean! I can only use them if there is a chip reader present, which of course, there is not at the gas pumps. I have emailed and posted and have not received any response. I'm hoping someone there will see this and respond. I don't think they give a tinker's dam. Beware and leave your cards at home.
