no sense of privacy. they will want to enter your apt. with under 24 hour notice and on top of that without scheduling. maintenance takes long time to get problem solved without calling corporate zrs management then maybe something will get done. management is very rude to their "residents/customers".
Lived for 2 years, once it changed management everything went downhill.
