I agree with other reviews, overcharged, customer service is the worst. It's almost impossible to get anything in a timely manner. I'd recommend going to another company.
The one star is only to write a review. It has been more than 2 weeks, 7 phone calls, 3 hang-ups and I still can't get answer on my cpap supplies. NOT even a manager can call me back and compliance department doesn't help.
I received my machine as needed. But I was overcharged almost 400.00. The company keeps giving excuses. My insurance has tried to call and tell them they owe me money! Do not purchase from them or give payment on file or up front!!
