Another wonderful evening at Vie. Lucky we don't live closer, or we would become Vie addicts! The food, the service, the ambiance...all phenomenal.
It's hard to think of a better restaurant in the entire Chicago area. Chef Paul was early to embrace farm-to-table and developed relationships with local farmers and producers, ensuring THE freshest seasonal ingredients. And becoming a master of preservation, using his preserves in almost every dish. The innovation, attention to detail and sheer mastery of cuisine sets this place apart. The restaurant is both lively and soothing all at once. A destination restaurant that is WELL worth traveling to the western suburbs for!
Food is normally great here; however, this time is was just good. Service as always was 1st class.
I love eating at Vie during restaurant week. My fellow foodie and I have treated ourselves 5 or 6 times. Each course is unique and the wine pairings are divine! The catfish piccata was wonderful as was everything. Kudos to Ginger, our server. She was a lot of fun and super sweet!
Chef Paul knocks it out of the park. Loved each dish. Staff is attentive. Will be back.

We chose this place as our one year anniversary dinner. We had the absolute, best experience with the food. Anticipating the chef's next plate was a delight and and we cannot say enough about the staff here. This place was highly recommended to us and we highly recommended it to anyone reading this review.
