Although i loved it this unfortunately may have to be a restaurant we only go to every thirty years. It is really expensive. Believe me the food was fantastic and i wish i could go more often but i cannot afford it.

Absolutely amazing! We were old fans of Perennial Virant and wanted to try the OG to compare... and it was even more amazing! The country needs to learn from Chef Virant's amazing approach to preserving and increasing flavors.
