Terrible experience. I booked with Carissa Wright through Headway and cancelled the day after booking because of the commute time from the Seattle area to Buckley. The day before the appointment I received an email reminder for my appointment that I had already cancelled. I cancelled AGAIN to avoid confusion and wrote in the reasoning to refer to my previous cancellation for details. Now I’m being charged $75 for an appointment that would’ve cost me $15 to attend. Please do your research before picking a counselor or life coach! There are quite a few on the plateau to pick from, this one is not one of them (KRK)! Poor ethics, bad boundaries, she herself appeard to be under the influence during a session. questionable therapeutic skills that could actually worsen your symptoms rather than improving them. If she is actually certified, she should be reported to the board. I would not recommend her.

I thought Kimberly was a great listener. I'm so disappointed in hearing about what she is accused of doing. I shared my most secretive things with her. I trusted her. I feel like she was a friend. I'm so sorry that she had to stoop this low. She always was fair, always talked to me over an hour and only charged me for an hour. She was a little unreliable at times but followed through.
