University Downs is not a good place to spend your money. Parents and students DON'T waste your time renting here. Maintenance and management sucks. My daughter complained about a leaking refrigerator and washer and the front door wasn't sturdy and needed to be replaced. Nothing was repaired or replaced. At night you see the outside light shining thru the crack at the bottom of her door and during the winter months you could feel cold air coming thru the front door.
