Everyone is extremely nice, from the receptionist, technicians and the doctors. They also make you feel at ease if you feel a bit anxious and nervous. I was given a few breaks in between and a movie played which helped me feel comfortable. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so because of their exceptional customer service.
Booking with Dr. Bobba has been the best decision and investment for my dental health. I walked in blindly into her office after 7 years of not seeing a dentist due to health insurance issues. Once I met Dr. Bobba, I was greeted with a warm, compassionate, and caring dentist. She first asked me why it took me a long time to see a dentist and this is when i understood that she truly cares for her patients, not just their teeth. I am so happy with my new dentist at Vidya Bobba Dental Group. She’s is so warm and personable and she explains everything to me before she proceeds. She even went over diet and supplements to improve my dental condition. I just received a new crown and I’m really happy with it. I highly recommend this group for any dental needs.
Showed up with wife to her appointment which was set up months ago at the end of her last visit. But today, nobody was in the office! Waited for more than 10 minutes. Can’t even reach anyone on the phone at another office. Maybe they aren’t open Fridays, but why was it set up? Hmm.. Was it a fake appointment? But did receive a confirmation email more than a week ago. Strange!
