This company has a horrible return policy. 48 hours for a TV that is damaged upon delivery is ridiculous. Do not ever purchase from this company. The customer service department will not even listen to you nor help in any way. Get with the 21st century and offer a 30 day policy. Thank god I purchased my TV on my Platinum American Express card with has a 90 day policy. Thanks for nothing Video & Audio Center. This will be deleted soon I am sure
