I purchased 2 televisions for Christmas; when we opened these items one was damaged!! I have not been able to get anyone to resolve this issue. When I finally got a customer service rep on the phone she wasn't helpful at all! I asked for a manager and she stated that her manager was out and would give me a call back. As of today absolutely no one has tried to call me to resolve this problem!
I just called this place to inquire about an online order as this was the number listed on their website. I gave them my name and my order number and informed them that one of the fedex tracking numbers provided on my order history was not a real tracking number. My CC was charged right away but a week later I have not recieved any confirmation of purchase or any shipping or delivery information.
Item never came on top of being delayed by 3 days, definitely recommend not buying any items from here.
Scam artists. They won't replace damaged goods. Stay away at all costs.
