I had a great experience with Vidcom!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had to use Vidcom may times. Normally mine have been house calls, he has always worked me into his schedule in a very timely manner. Almost always fixed right on the spot at a very reasonable rate. Mr Hoang has always went over and above with his services for me, I have mentioned problems with other items in my house and he would also look at those for me and fix them also. I had an older 52" floor model tv that went out on me and it was too big to transport so Long Hoang came to my house to evaluate the problem, figured it out, went back to get a part and came back and fixed the problem. He didnt overcharge me either, which I thought was great since hed made a house call! Also, later I went to his place of business looking for an older type tv with a vcr attached and he sold me one he had in his shop for \$50, which I thought was a bargain. This place was terrible. I do not recommend anyone going to them. We had a 47 inch LCD tv that went out back in March 2010. We took it to Vidcom Electronics in March to be looked at, paid our \$50 fee, and then was told they could fix it. April passed and the said they were waiting on a part. May, June, still had the same excuse. We told them we wanted to pick of the TV but they said the TV was all apart. They said the part was on the way and it wouldnt be long, so we stuck with it.
