RecommendedThis is a wounderful place to be for exercise. They have pool classes for your cardo excise. Then you can relax in the therapy pool. lot of exercise equipment. with the help of the trainers I lost 110 pounds. I am proud to be a member.
Great staff, state of the art equipment, just a great place to work out. Did I say they have a salt water pool.

Great place to go and exercise. Anne is a wonderful personal trainer. Seeing her monthly for "check in" and additional exercise. She really worked me yesterday! Feeling great and so much better. Everyone at this location is a joy to work with or take classes from. Join, join, join!
