Very unprofessional staff, they treat you like whatever. I had an appointment for my labs results and a Pap smear and one of the staff members told me I can’t do two things at the same visit and when I asked why he didn’t know what to answer I waited more than 2hrs with an appointment scheduled to see the Doctor and finally decided not to get my Pap smear done with them because honestly I did not feel I was in good hands.
