I was sent to this cute little shop from another local shop on State St. I asked for a tea to help with the dreaded NC pollen season. The tea I got helped and was amazing. I would rather go natural vs pharmaceutical. Thank you Vida Pour Tea.
Awesome place to get all kinds of teas for any ailments, and also a good Spinach croissant. Nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. Staff is always nice and helpful, totally worth the drive from Winston Salem!!!!
I really love this place. Stop in every chance I get. Their turmeric latte is by far the best I have ever had. I always grab a roasted vegetable and quinoa salad to take back to office with me. The elderberry syrup they keep in stock is my go to health secret. Every member of my staff has missed work this winter with severe chest colds. I have not even had a sniffle. Stuff is magic!
Brought more loose leaf chestnut tea home today. This eve, fixed a cup with oat milk and maple syrup. Soooo awesome. Thank you for being such a fabulous tea shop!

I love love tea. I was excited to find a local source for loose tea to make my own blends. Per suggestion of one of the staff there (I wish I got her name), I got a bag of assam tea and a bag of dried roses to blend together. Quite wonderful! Thank you!
Listen, if you are looking for a holistic feeling tea house this is the place. First, they have a great selection of teas and tea accessories. The ladies were more than willing to help and make my buying process a good experience. They even made a few funny tea joes. I can't wait to visit again and hang out in the back room.
