Vida pour fills a much needed niche in our community for a calming, restorative and grounding place to spend some time and nourish ourselves with a cup of tea or baked good. It doesn't hurt that she offers scrumptious gluten free and vegan items from one of my best friends, Wallflour Bakery, to compliment her teas! :) I go there when I am in need of a pick me up and some rebalancing, and Sarah always knows exactly what to fix for me depending on what I have going on. I visited Vida pour Tea for the first time on Saturday. The owner, Sarah, has one of the sweetest & kindest spirits, & this wonderful place is just as sweet! The Mango hot tea was great & the atmosphere is so peaceful ... I will definitely be back! So happy to have found such a special place!

What a treasure this place is. Tucked away on State St, Sarah serves up high quality, tasty teas at very reasonable prices. Anyone who appreciates a fine cup of tea will love this spot and the selection. The space is clean, comfy, and cozy, and the lounge space in the back is something special.
