I am usually not one to complain about a service but I left yesterday after the service just feeling overwhelmed. I got a gel manicure and a mini spa gel pedicure and it was over $100. I was anticipating it to be a little less as advertised to be $38 and $48 on the website for each service. When I had asked if it was taxed or gratuity was added onto the bill I could not get a straight answer. I tipped 20% anyways. Amazing service all the time
Been going here for years. I see one specific person. The owner Steven doesn’t care about appointments prioritizes walk ins. Had an appointment with my nail girl I get there -she’s out and I had to see someone else, never told me she wasn’t there and they came horrible. Now today asked me to go in early I said I couldn’t and he said it was fine to keep my orginal time, I get there and they didn’t care half hour late when I had somewhere to be after the nail appointment. Walked out I won’t be back, always an inconvenience .
Great pedicure. Very relaxing.
