Me and my daughter went in a week and a half ago. We had an appointment and I waited for 40 minutes in a chair while people who were just walking in off the street with no appointments got to go before. My nails are cracked paint is chipping and they are lifting the tips are so uneven. It was a very very rushed process and very expensive for a gel French tip.
Worst experience ever they charge if you say Hi... all they care how they charge extra money...
I spent $165 on a uv gel manicure and pedicure! This is outrageous. I picked a new type of nail polish. The girl said it would be 30 dollars more. She did the math in front of me and said my service would come out to about $105. Even that's outrageous but I agreed to it. I got the $65 pedicure BTW. When I got the total bill I was $165! I was like um how did you get to that?! For some special glittery nail polish. No tips, no design, nothing. I been trying to figure out how she got to this amount. first time going here, i had Ben and got the mini spa pedicure (2nd lowest in price) and it was actually incredible. like literally best pedicure if ever had. 10 minute massage and they actually timed it. it’s been about a week and gel pedi has held up great so far (as it should, but i’ve had some at different salons where it peeled in 2 days) definitely will come back again
I’ve been to many places over the years, but there isn’t a place la Vida. The atmosphere, the care their employees provide surpasses any other place. Vida remains the “queen of nails”. I strongly recommend it.
