Salon Vida does not honor appointments. I waited 45 minutes until I got someone's attention. The nail techs dremel and grind finger nails until it burns and bleeds and continue to do so even after you tell them it's hurting several times. The nail techs barely speak or understand English. It's very difficult communicating with them. Then the nail techs talk amongst themselves and very clearly make fun of and laugh at their customers right in front of them, thinking their customers don't know what they're doing (but we do). I am always very happy and satisfied with my manicure here and go every two weeks for a fill. The space is very relaxing and clean.
I been a loyal customer of Vidal Nails since 2023 and they never failed to amaze me on how good they bring my inspiration/vision to my nails! I been using polygel ever since, but this SET specifically is gel I wanted to changed it up since it seems like gel is more durable then polygel! Thank you Vidal Nails for an amazing and relaxing experience every time I visit!
