I’ve been going to Vida every 3-4 weeks for hard gel fills all year, and I’ve consistently had such a great experience! A couple of years ago, I wasn’t always happy with the shape or how my nails turned out, but over this past year, that has completely changed. I fully trust them with my nails now, and they look amazing every single time I leave! I really appreciate the consistency and quality of their work. I never make an appointment and rarely have the same tech! ($58 for a fill and fix on one nail, before tip)
I’ve been going to Vida for a few months religiously for fills and pedicures. Sunday I went with my daughter who was visiting from college and had the unfortunate experience of getting my nails done by Fiona I think she’s one of the owners. She was clearly someone in charge- the only one who could accept cash using the cash drawer. She was yelling across the salon at everyone in another language. So I found this hidden gem after I got my nails done at another place (let’s just say my nails were awful) they sat me down and began to fix and fill my gel acrylics, my nails came out awesome! And the staff were very polite and treated me better than any salon has. I will be back
I like this place because it always feels clean and well-maintained. However, one thing I find frustrating is that I often book my appointments in advance with a specific nail technician, only to arrive and find that the arrangements have been changed without notice. I request that particular technician for a reason—they know my preferences and consistently do a great job. I wish the salon would do a better job of honoring appointments with the technicians customers specifically request.
It was terrible; I will never go to this shop again.
